This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all event bookings with LatteLux. By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or submitting a full payment, you acknowlenge and agree to the terms stated below.
Agreement ~ By submitting a booking request or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy in full.
Arrival & Setup ~ LatteLux will arrive with sufficient time to set up and ensure seamless service. The client is responsible for providing adequate space and clear access for mobile coffee unit at the agreed-upon location.
Liability ~ LatteLux is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to road closures, extreme weather conditions or venue access restrictions.
Event Changes ~ Any requested changes to event details, including date, time, or location, must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event and are subject to availability and approval by LatteLux
Deposit & Payment ~ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Any remaining balance must be paid no later than the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Minimum Service Requirement ~ A minimum Service amount applies to all private events. If total guest purchases do not meet the required minimum, the event organizer agrees to cover the remaining balance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy ~ All payments,including deposits and full prepayments, are non-refundable if the event is cancelled, rescheduled,or modified by the client for any reason. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, changes in guest attendance, or internal scheduling and conflicts
Payments received compensate for the reservation of the event date, preparation time, and potential loss of other booking opportunities
In rare event that LatteLux must cancel due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control (such as mechanical failure, accident, or emergency) a full refund will be issued to the client.
Booking Confirmation ~ A booking is considered confirmed only after LatteLux has approved the requested event date and a required deposit has been successfully received. Until confirmation is issued the requested date remains available to other clients.
